Dr. Li Liang, MD
Dr. Li Liang, MD is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Licensed Physician in California. After completing her psychiatric residency at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center/Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, she moved back to San Diego and practiced at San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital and Exodus Walk-in Clinic before starting ClearInsight Psychiatry. She has been in private practice for over ten years and is also an active member of the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists. Dr. Liang combines her education, work experience, and commitment to learning and self-improvement to provide the best care for her patients.
She believes that good mental health is imperative for a healthy and happy life and understands that every patient’s situation is unique. Because of this, Dr. Liang takes an individualized, comprehensive, and responsive approach throughout a patient’s course of care.
Dr. Liang received her master’s degree in Physiology and medical degree from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liang is bilingual and can treat patients in both English and Chinese.
In her free time, she loves hiking and her favorite hike is Mt. Woodson. A place she has always wanted to travel to is Banff National Park. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.
Eloisa Dietrich, PMHNP, FNP
Eloisa Dietrich is board certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). As a Registered Nurse, she has 20+ years of experience specializing in psychiatry, cardiology, and the emergency room. Eloisa started her career in Texas and moved to San Diego in 2005. Over the last 15 years, Eloisa has worked at Palomar Medical Center, Aurora Behavorial Health, and Kaiser Permanante.
Eloisa takes pride in understanding every patient’s unique circumstances. Her belief is simple – achieving optimal health through person-centered care and incorporating a holistic philosophy. She listens and works diligently to provide care that is healing. Her medical interests are depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and ADHD.
Eloisa is an active member of the American Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
In her free time, Eloisa enjoys spending time with her family, singing, dancing, and cooking her native dishes. She also enjoys reading. Her favorite quote is from Maya Angelou, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
Ripal Patel, PMHNP
Ripal Patel is also a PMHNP. She attended Barnes-Jewish College in St. Louis, Missouri, for her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and her Masters of Science in Nursing. Her favorite part about being a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is helping patients learn about their diagnosis. She believes in collaborating with patients to develop a treatment plan that fits their diagnosis and symptoms. Her favorite part about her job is seeing her patients improve. Her medical interests include major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and ADHD.
In her spare time, she loves hiking. One of her favorite hikes is the Half Dome at Yosemite. She has also recently started to rock climb outdoors. Her favorite place to rock climb is in Joshua Tree National Park. She is currently learning how to cook Indian food. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.
