Dr. Li Liang, MD

Dr. Li Liang, MD is an American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Board-Certified Psychiatrist and Licensed Physician in California. After completing her psychiatric residency at Creedmoor Psychiatric Center/Columbia University Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, she moved back to San Diego and practiced at San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital and Exodus Walk-in Clinic before starting ClearInsight Psychiatry. She has been in private practice for over ten years. Dr. Liang is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Clinical Psychiatrists. Dr. Liang combines her education, work experience, and commitment to learning and self-improvement to provide the best care for her patients.

She believes that good mental health is imperative for a healthy and happy life and understands that every patient’s situation is unique. Because of this, Dr. Liang takes an individualized, comprehensive, and responsive approach throughout a patient’s course of care.

Dr. Liang received her master’s degree in Physiology and medical degree from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine. Dr. Liang is bilingual and can treat patients in both English and Chinese.

In her free time, she loves hiking and her favorite hike is Mt. Woodson. A place she has always wanted to travel to is Banff National Park. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.
